Multistate Transmissions provides competitive pricing and quality service. I had my pinion oil seal and trans filters and gasket changed on my Dodge Dakota. Work was done in one days time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dan actually saved me money by not replacing a part that didn't need to be replaced. Suggested other things that I might want to change or replace down the road but DID NOT force me to change right away. Appreciate the advice and suggestions. This is my second time using Multistate Transmissions and I am a loyal customer going forward.

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I had problems with my 2014 Chevy Cruze. I was told by the Chevy dealership that I needed to buy a new alternator for 4800.00!! IN A 2014!!!! THERE IS NO WAY THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO DO THAT!! I was tired of being screwed by dealerships and other places to get this done for a cheaper price. I was going to trade my car in, but I only have 5,000.00 left to pay on it so I didn’t want to start over with a new car note! On top of that, it’s still fairly new!!! It’s a 2014!!!!!! I was at work and I decided to google “Transmission Flush” I did that and the stores that came up for the BEST ratings was Multistate in Naperville. I decided to give them a try as my last resort. When I called, I spoke to Al and he told me to come in before the store opens and he would take me to work since it’s not far from there. AL told me that I wouldn’t be charge until they tell me what is wrong and I agree for them to work on my car. They found the problem and Dan called me to tell me what was wrong and that they would fix it. When they ordered the parts and everything for my car, it was kind of high.. I told Dan that I couldn’t afford it and I would have to wait to get it done.. Dan tells me that he will talk to Al and see what he says.. To make a looooong story short.. They got the parts I needed, gave me the price that I could afford, & I recommended my whole call center to them for their cars!! Im so confident in them that If I need something as small as an oil change, I’m going there to get it done! My faith is renewed in Mechanics… (AT THIS LOCATION ONLY) Dan and Al thank you sooooo much for being HONEST and EXCEPTIONALLY NICE MECHANICS!!! My car drives now like its BRAND NEW!!!! THANK YOU MULTISTATE!!!!!!!

Took my Rav4 for work that was overdue and had brakes looked at. Service and work was excellent! Dan told me when I was due for brakes, but most of all, he was honest and genuine. This is why I will keep coming back! I trust Dan and Multistate to do a great job, delivered with a smile and integrity! Thank You Dan for Your Extraordinary Car Service!

I detoured to Multistate / Milex on my to work when I heard an unusual sound from under the hood when the car started up. The took the car in and diagnosed a problem within a few minutes -- with no appointment. Dan gave me the option to wait around while a new alternator was ordered and installed. I was on my way within 90 minutes with a whole lot of peace of mind. Good job. And good coffee in the waiting room.

Dan, the manager, and Al, the transmission pro, are absolutely superb. They clearly explain problems and work needed to fix them. Dan is a calm, professional, friendly manager. Al graciously gives of his time and expertise--which is considerable since he has been working on cars since 1963! I took my van in recently and they had to keep it longer than originally expected. I had rented a car from Enterprise (with whom they have a good discount arrangement) for three days. Dan said they would cover the unexpected extra days themselves. Unbelievable! But, real. Absolutely the place to go for transmission repair.
