I was referred by my sister about Dan and Multistate as I needed to get a terrible and annoying *rattling* sound coming from the bottom of my Suburu Forester. I contacted Dan and scheduled a time to come in, he responded quickly but unfortunately I had to change the day and time due to something *I* overlooked. Despite this, Dan was very understanding and open to me coming in and I dropped off my car early Sat AM to be fixed. The car was done in no time and I went to pick it up and sure enough, she sounds brand new! Dan charged me for the simple labor and on my way I went.
