Wanted to take a few minutes to express how impressed I was with the recent service on my wife's VW Beetle. It all started with a firm hand shake and smile from Dan welcoming me. The staff/technician's where all very friendly (they actually looked like they enjoyed working here). The technician did a through job of checking everything and told me of some DTC codes I was not aware of. Once I was ready to check out, Dan "walked" me through the work that was done explaining in detail. He also took the time to check on what the DTC codes meant. I highly recommend these guys so much so I've recommended my daughter have her "smart" car looked at by Dan and his team. Exemplary service for other business to follow!

Thanks guys!!!!! Many shops declined even looking at my old vintage Honda Civic Wagon that needed a major engine oil leak reseal. They were quick, very reasonable considering that no one would even take the job on and friendly. Dan and Al know their stuff!!! Thanks guys.

I had a great experience at MultiState Transmissions in Naperville. They did a great job fixing my Acura. The staff was very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of what they were doing with my car in a way that I would understand. I was expecting a huge bill to fix the transmission but it turned out to be a minor repair and they fixed it for free. I will be going back to Al for any future auto repair needs. Highly recommend.

Just want to say that I had a great experience at MultiState Transmissions in Naperville. Prior to coming in, I had researched numerous places online. I liked how you offered a free diagnosis, so that's why I came. I was very impressed with your customer service and excellence. I needed my Toyota Camry back within a certain time window, and you were able to make that happen! Even better, Marty offered to have his driver pick me up from home, take me to work, pick me up after work, and take me to MultiState. You saved my butt when I found myself stuck with no wheels. I took my son's Dodge Neon in to see why it was not shifting correctly. I was worried about taking it to a place that I was not familar with. I went to Multi-State because of the great reviews it had. I was very pleasantly surprised. The guy seemed very knowledgable about transmissions. He already had an idea what it was. He had one of his workers take a look at it and it was something very small. He then took it for a test drive to confirm that it was fixed. He could have charged me alot. But he didn't. If I ever need any transmission work done, I am definitely coming here. Thanks for all your help.

These guys are quick, efficient, and very professional! I had a new motor put into my old little caviler and it runs like new! Great find!!

My experience with Al from start to finish was nothing short of stellar. The honesty and transparency this business operates with is second-to-none, as is their customer service. The work they did on my car was absolutely fantastic and they even vacuumed it for me! I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with Multistate and am extremely thankful I found them. Al and his team were great! When I noticed transmission fluid leaking under my car onto the driveway, I first took my car to the dealer and got an estimate for the repairs. On a hunch, I decided to get a second opinion from a qualified transmission repair shop near Naperville. I stumbled across this location, which had very positive reviews on Google. It turns out that the necessary transmission repair was far worse than the dealer's band-aid solution of replacing a seal. Al showed me the problem, which was consistent with complaints I found all over the internet for my car's particular make, model and year. The dealer's quote was not as expensive, but Al's shop saved me the long-term trouble of having to deal with this problem again and again in the future (at my expense). I'd highly recommend getting a second opinion from this place, as it's no cost for the evaluation, but will probably save you significant $$$ in the long run!

I have been doing business with Al (owner) of Multistate Transmission in Naperville for about 4 years. It started out with him doing a transmission repair and then another. My relationship has evolved to the point where Multistate does all my non-warranty auto repair work. I have been very happy with their work and reasonable prices.

I had back to back transmission failures in 2 of my 3 automobiles. Al took care of us. No problems since. Al and his team are very polite and respectful.
