This was my first visit to Multistate for transmission work, based on a recommendation. The entire experience was great from the initial call to vehicle pickup. Excellent customer service and workmanship along with reasonable pricing puts Multistate at the top of my call list when vehicle repairs are needed. I took my car for a new clutch on monday night by Tuesday afternoon it was done. All the service was great.

I've been using them since I had a 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee that constantly wanted to have something different break. They rebuilt the transmission and did a great job. From that point forward, I've referred to them when I had issues and needed clarification on what to fix. They don't tell you to fix things that don't need fixed. They point you in the right direction for things you need. And they're overall great guys.
Dan is the man. He is one of the guys you see first and he is always smiling. He is very nice as well as very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. Very fast oil change and I got a text from them when it was all ready. Go here for a hassle free job. Highly recommend this place.

I had to get my CVT replaced. Painful news, but Multistate was quick, helpful about my options, and had great service.
Fast, friendly and fair!!! Came in with what I thought was a transmission problem expecting to pay thousands of dollars and be there for hours. Did a quick diagnostic told me what was wrong gave me a fair estimate and repaired the car within the hour. Will use them again!!!!
