We got recommended to Dan from our old mechanic that had to close their shop. He did a great job of communicating and being available. Even returned my call on a Friday night about getting our car in the shop. Definitely better than going to the dealership. No surprises here.

I'm always cautious to review right after a repair because you're not sure if the will be a problem soon after. (Definitely have experienced this) So I'll say up front that I just got my car back today and will edit this if I have issues...As far as I can tell I'm very happy with the service! Expensive repair on an old car's transmission. Rides much smoother now.Other shops quoted me literally twice as much.Of course when they started working they found more problems than initially quoted (pretty common with repairs) but it still ended up being less expensive than the quote from another shop.He was accessible and has calls forwarded to his cell. Got my car back on time which was crucial for me.Was quoted a price on a part. When he went to order it he found out that the price had risen $40. He didn't charge me the additional $40, which was really nice!Would recommend!

I had an issue with Transmission of my 2008 Toyota Rav4, limitted--very upset about the situation! I went to a Toyota dealer shop, then talked to Dan at Multistate. I eventually decided to have transmission rebuild at Multistate. The car was fixed as exoected without any additional cost. Dan always kept me posted about the progress and I was able to focus on my job during the time. I just picked up my car and feel very happy about the decision. Hope this can help you.

Dan and Al provided excellent service. My warranty on my Jeep transmission expired by several weeks, and it went out this past Sunday. They towed my jeep with no charge, and fixed the transmission in three business days. They did not charge me for parts or labor, and communicated effectively. Wonderful people. I highly recommend. Not many places would honor expired warranty.

This is my 3rd major repair on different cars. Very friendly and honest. Kept me informed on how the repairs were going. I have already sent co-workers here for repair.
